Terms of service
Last updated 1 September 2026. These terms govern use of Optimus software and websites at optimus-bd.com.
Licence
Optimus is provided to paying or issued licence holders. You may use the workspace, customer portal, Chrome extension, and desktop bot only within the limits of your licence (devices, browsers, features). You must not share licence keys except as we allow for your organisation.
Your accounts and mailboxes
You are responsible for IVAC, Gmail, Yahoo, and other third-party accounts you connect. Optional Sign in with Google grants Optimus read-only Gmail access solely to fetch Email OTP as described in the privacy policy. App passwords remain an alternative. We are not a party to Google’s or IVAC’s terms.
Acceptable use
Use Optimus only for lawful appointment and profile work you are authorised to perform. Do not attempt to bypass licence, security, or Google OAuth limits. Do not use Email OTP access to read mail that is not yours.
Service
We aim to keep optimus-bd.com available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. Google may restrict unverified or unverified-scope OAuth apps; Email OTP via Google may require test users until Google completes verification.
Liability
Software is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for missed appointments, third-party site changes, or Google/IVAC outages. Our liability is limited to fees you paid us for the licence period in which a claim arises.
